It is always such a pleasure dealing with Collinsville Auto Repair. Yeah, we've got places closer to where we live, but we've been using Collinsville for many years. I remember back in the mid eighties reading Covey's "Seven Habits of Highly Successful People," and there was a section, I think it was on the habit of being proactive, in which the author describes an ideal auto repair company, one that you knew would always let you know what work was coming up, what could wait until the next service, or later, or that they'd keep an eye on. That seemed like such a novel idea at the time. Some years later, I found that Collinsville Auto Repair is just like that. Collinsville has my 21 year old Camry in their computer. As parts wear out and need replacing, they let me know, in advance, with photos, and notify me while the car is still on the lift, in case I want them to do the work now or to wait. Whatever, they have my absolute trust. Since day one it's been like that. My wife's car is a newer model Toyota. They know what the recommended service intervals are for maintenance. Completely trustworthy. It's like when you have a good doctor -- he or she is to be prized.
