Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience. Your primary responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing information about our services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in-person, over the phone, and via email.
- Schedule appointments and manage the shop’s calendar.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience.
