Experienced Automotive / Truck Technician
$38–$50+/Hour | 4-Day Workweek | No Weekends
We’re looking for an experienced Automotive / Truck Technician who likes to get things DONE.
If you’re productive, take pride in your work, and enjoy working on a variety of vehicles, we’d like to talk.
What You’ll Do
- Service and repair passenger vehicles, SUVs and pickups
- Work on light-duty and some medium-duty trucks
- Perform mechanical and electrical testing
- Complete maintenance and repair work efficiently and accurately
- Review digital vehicle inspections and document findings
- Communicate with Service Advisors about vehicle needs
- Maintain a high standard of quality
- Work as part of a productive, professional team
You May Be a Great Fit If You:
- Have 5+ years of professional automotive, truck, fleet or related repair experience
- Are comfortable working on passenger vehicles, pickups and light-duty trucks
- Have experience with or are comfortable working on some medium-duty trucks
- Have strong mechanical and electrical testing skills
- Are productive without sacrificing quality
- Take pride in getting work completed correctly
- Are dependable and work well with a team
- Have your own professional tools
- Have a valid driver’s license
Diesel experience is a plus, but you do not need to be a dedicated diesel technician.
Pay
$38–$50+/hour
Experienced technicians start at $38/hour base pay, with the opportunity to earn $50+/hour through our production bonus plan.

Service Advisor
$31.25–$36/Hour | 4-Day Workweek | No Weekends
We’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor who enjoys working with people, communicates well, and knows how to keep a busy day moving.
Our Service Advisors build relationships with customers, help them understand their vehicles, communicate recommendations clearly, and work closely with our technicians to keep work flowing through the shop.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional experience
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document their needs
- Communicate inspection and testing results clearly
- Help customers make informed decisions about their vehicles
- Prepare estimates and obtain repair authorizations
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process
- Coordinate with technicians to keep work moving efficiently
- Manage workflow
- Follow up with customers when needed
- Build long-term customer relationships

Customer Service Coordinator

We’re looking for a friendly, organized and tech-savvy Customer Service Coordinator who enjoys helping people and keeping things organized.
You’ll often be one of the first people our customers interact with, while also working behind the scenes to support our Service Advisors and help create a smooth, professional customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Answer phones and communicate with customers by phone, text and email
- Greet customers and create a welcoming experience
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate customer information
- Assist Service Advisors with customer communication and follow-up
- Help coordinate loaner vehicles
- Keep customer-facing areas organized and professional
- Assist with administrative tasks and documentation
- Take photos and videos for social media and marketing
- Use our automotive software and other technology throughout the day
- Step in and help the team where needed

Shop Support & Parts Assistant
$21–$23/Hour | 4-Day Workweek | No Weekends
We’re looking for a dependable, organized Shop Support & Parts Assistant who enjoys staying active, keeping things organized, and helping the entire shop run smoothly.
This is a hands-on support position that plays an important role in keeping our technicians, Service Advisors, parts, facility and day-to-day shop operations running efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Receive, verify and organize incoming parts
- Stage parts for upcoming jobs
- Deliver parts to technicians as needed
- Manage parts returns, cores and warranty items
- Help maintain parts and supply inventory
- Match parts invoices to vendor statements
- Maintain records for our loaner vehicle fleet
- Assist with facility and safety inspections
- Keep work and storage areas clean and organized
- Help maintain the overall appearance of the shop
- Assist with other day-to-day shop needs
