 Napa Auto Care Center: Why It Matters

Being part of the NAPA Car Care program has many benefits that are there for both the auto repair shops and the clients.

Peace-of-Mind Warranty – We currently offer the NAPA AutoCare Peace of Mind Warranty, which provides our customers with 36 months/36,000 miles of worry-free protection on qualifying parts and labor. No matter where you are in the United States, if you have a problem with a qualified repair we’ve performed, you can have warranty work done at 1 of 14,000 NAPA AutoCare Centers.

Training – As part of the program, we’re invited to NAPA’s annual training conference where we participate in learning opportunities on technical, management, and other topics. This means that the technician who’s working on your car knows the latest diagnostic and repair techniques, and that our shop is operating professionally from a management standpoint as well.
